Shipping Information

Pre‑Orders
We launch in December — pre‑order now to be among the very first to receive an early edition copy of Salt and Ash – A Broken Planet. Pre‑orders will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your book has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

• UK: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: 10–20 working days

Shipping Costs

• UK: Flat rate £3.50

• International: Shipping starts at £12 and scales with order size. Final costs are shown at checkout.

Bulk Orders
For orders of 10 or more copies, please contact us directly for a custom shipping and discount quote. We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders placed through the website without prior agreement.

Damages & Returns
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
